1 General Terms

If information provided at the time of registration is found to be false, incorrect, or misleading, kg444 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any winnings or balance. Cooperation with the identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own action.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

New members at kg444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The bonus is applicable to new members only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Only one bonus can be claimed per promotion.
• In case of bonus abuse, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

kg444 offers five VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically added to eligible members' accounts every week.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or strategic betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the kg444 platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, kg444 reserves the right to void that round.
• kg444 is not liable for losses caused by network issues.
• kg444 reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit on any game.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

For live casino games and slot machines, the rules of the game software provider also apply. Following the rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) is mandatory.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the ability to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket events. If a user is involved in match fixing or any unethical activity, the account will be permanently closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg444 platform:

• Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Exploiting technical errors in a game.
• Harassing other users or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• For failure to complete identity verification or for providing false information.

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Any remaining valid balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed, unless it has been forfeited for another reason.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or the failure of third-party services.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
